Shea Homes initiated construction in 2017, which has resulted in 350+ homes tailored for active adults. Buyers will find properties ranging from 1,538 to 2,915 sq ft, with layouts that generally offer 2–3 bedrooms, 2–3 bathrooms, and attached garage space. The community primarily offers single and multi-level attached homes, condos and townhomes in three collections – The Resort Collection, The Modern Collection, and the Luxe Collection.

Sun City Summerlin

Sun Colony at Siena, commonly known simply as Siena, is a 55+ community situated within Summerlin that stretches across 667 acres of land, located at 10525 Siena Monte Ave in Las Vegas, NV 89135 zip code.

Siena features 2,001 properties constructed between 2000 and 2006, most are single-story with floor plans from 1,020 to over 3,100 sq ft.
