Some of the top selling Nevada master-planned communities adapt to a variety of lifestyle choices and feature family neighborhoods, 55+ communities for active adult living and in some cases condos or townhomes. We're already starting to see huge increases in sales as some of the newer master-planned communities have taken off, such as Skye Canyon in northwest Las Vegas; Lake Las Vegas, a resort-style community in Henderson; and Valley Vista in North Las Vegas.
