Providence, a Northwest Community
Sprawled over 1200 acres is the master planned community of Providence. The neighborhood has 30 distinct neighborhoods that are nestled among the northwest corner of the Las Vegas Valley. The community sits high in the valley, off the I-215 Beltway and is close to the scenic views of Mount Charleston and the Floyd Lamb State Park.
There are 7500 residences in the Providence community with a wide range of dwelling options available, from estate homes to condominiums. Providence homes are built by nationally recognized developers, which include Lennar, KB, Ryland, Beazer, Warmington and Woodside.
Providence is located in the 89166 zip code.
The Providence community features two parks, the Huckleberry Park and Knickerbocker Park. Each encapsulates small town Americana and provides 10 miles of lush scenery. Walking trails and paseos are interwoven throughout the parks and neighborhood. Streets are lined with trees and community-gathering places are beautifully landscaped.
Providence is home to several dining choices perfect for any palate. Northern Vegas is a rapidly growing area popular with families. Restaurateurs have taken notice, which has resulted in a growing number of quality dining options for any budget.
