The Las Vegas market hasn't been this hot in months. Homes have almost been selling themselves. I recently sold a home in Summerlin that was on the market for 3 days, and another in Sun City that had been on the market for one month. Prices ranged from $310,000 to well over $1 million. Buyers in all price ranges are lining up.
