Coyote Springs, North Las Vegas – A Place with a Plan
Coyote Springs in North Las Vegas is currently an uncompleted master-planned community, stalled due to issues with water. Although no homes have been constructed, the golf course, however is fully operational.
The proposed community had extensive plans for growth, and connected towns and villages allow residents to interact with one another, while enjoying the championship golf courses and superb local amenities.
Pardee Homes was the master residential developer for Coyote Springs real estate. Approximately 10,000 homes were planned to be constructed on the first 3,000 acres among five distinct neighborhoods in the community.

- 49,000 homes in Clark County
- 110,000 homes in Lincoln County
- 25-50 years to build out
Coyote Springs Amenities
The designers of Coyote Springs planned to bring in a variety of shops and services with the goal of giving residents access to the goods and services they need while having an outstanding shopping experience. In addition, there are plans to establish state-of-the-art health care facilities and excellent K-12 schools.
Recreation
The community of Coyote Springs designed a place to live, work, play and connect. Homes, schools, businesses, and parks are of the highest quality. Meandering nature trails and green open spaces allow residents to enjoy nature along every turn.
Some of the most luxurious amenities planned in the community of Coyote Springs will included a private fitness center, day spa, wellness center, swimming club, and world-class tennis facility. A large clubhouse will be central to the community and house a boutique hotel, conference center, and host entertainment events and services. The community is planned to be approximately twice the size of Summerlin when complete, providing world-class amenities that are unique to the area.
Coyote Springs Golf
Coyote Springs offers a premier golf village, not just a course. The village is recognized as a premier and world-class golf destination that acts as a gateway to the community. The PGA Village at Coyote Springs is the first of its kind in the western United States, and the second of its kind in the world.
The village and course offers state-of-the-art golf facilities, as well as a series of interconnected Jack Nicklaus and Pete Dye designed courses. An 80,000 square foot clubhouse and 12,000 square foot PGA learning facility is planned for the Coyote Springs community.
