Serrano is a gated community with approximately sixty homes just inside the gates. The Toll Brothers built homes in 2005 and 2006. The community of Serrano is located west of the I-215 Beltway and to the north of Charleston Boulevard. Within a twenty to thirty minute drive, depending on traffic, access to the Strip and McCarran Airport is available. The close proximity to I-215 makes commuting around the city and valley easy and efficient. Also located nearby is the Red Rock Conservation area, which is popular for hiking, biking, camping, fishing, and exploring the great outdoors of the Las Vegas desert.

Golf

Golf options in the Serrano community and surrounding Paseos Village are plentiful. Popular places to golf include the Arroyo Golf Club and Red Rock Country Club. A pro shop and restaurant are found onsite and provide stellar amenities that focus attention to detail and customer service. All skill levels are served at the Arnold Palmer golf course, known to locals as Arroyo.

Walking trails wind through the neighborhood, connecting the villages in the Paseos area. Dining

Dining options are within a short distance from the gated entry of Serrano. From the Arroyo Grill found at the Arroyo Golf Club to the Spanish cuisine favorite of Toros Spanish Tapas Kitchen, Serrano is not short on restaurants and popular places to eat. Access to downtown and the Strip is made easy with the I-215 Beltway. Some of the local favorites found within minutes from the community include John Cutter and Sushi Tower.

Health Care

Hospitals and medical providers are within a short distance from Serrano’s gated entrance. The Summerlin Hospital and medical complex, where a variety of medical services are found, is just a short drive from the community. The hospital is located at North Town Center Drive in the heart of the master planned community of Summerlin. Along the outskirts of the neighborhood are a variety of dental offices, eye doctors, and pharmacies. CVS and Walgreens are a couple of the pharmacies found in the area. Many health care providers are found near the medical complex at Summerlin Hospital and along West Charleston Boulevard.

Shopping

Shopping destinations are located within a short driving distance from the entrance of Serrano. Canyon Pointe and other strip malls are located nearby. Within a short distance from the gated entry of Serrano, residents find Albertson’s, Marshalls, Costco, Vons, and Whole Foods Market. Many shops and businesses are found along West Charleston Boulevard. The area provides convenient access to the I-215 Beltway, making travel to through the valley and city an efficient experience. Approximately twenty minutes away is the Las Vegas Strip and all of the popular places to shop.
