I was looking for a place in Las Vegas to spend the winters. I live in Minnesota. I did some research and found that Leslie was very highly thought of in Las Vegas. I was very specific in what I wanted. A high-rise condo with views of the strip and a BIG blacony. Since I didn't know much about Vegas real estate, I "put it in Leslie's hands." She is extremely professional and knew what I was looking for. When I arrived she was VERY well prepared. Leslie had many listings for me to look at and all were organized print-outs. She and I spent probably 10 hrs looking at places! She told me the pros and cons of every place.(in MY eyes, not hers) She is very honest, and wants the client to be happy. We found one I liked, made an offer, but by then I was 5 states and 2 time-zones away. She kept me up-to-date, along with instructions how to close. She also knows handy-men and other contacts. I cant imagine finding someone better than Leslie!!!

"Warrior Princess". You may think that I'm exaggerating, or am simply adding some creative flair to this title, but by the end of our home selling experience, she well earned this namesake. I loved my home in Vegas, but the original buying process was nightmarish. I was very wary of getting myself into another realtor experience after what I had gone through several years back, so when it came time to sell, we looked at Leslie's reviews and hoped for the best. Leslie was professional and efficient, immediately gathering data for us on what we could sell our house for and finding a fair balance between what we wanted and what was realistic. After a few showings, and a few changes to the listing, we found a buyer. Here's where it becomes more complex. I had thought that once you found said potential buyer and locked that down, it was simply signing a paper here, doing a requested repair there.... No. The buyers and their realtor caused a lot of unexpected drama that, while I won't get into, went well into the realms of surreality and got a bit psychotic at times. Again, I wish this was "creative flair" talking here, but there were days that it felt like a collective crazy was going on for everyone involved. Here's where the "Warrior Princess" part kicks in. Leslie will ABSOLUTELY fight for the best interests of her client. She shut that dramafest down immediately, and kept on it every time something new would flare up. She was not only brilliant at communicating our interests and level of patience, but made sure that we were not going to be taken advantage of. And by God, she stuck to it. She backed us up every single time with proper documentation that we had done our part correctly and the way it was requested, and our relationship grew over the course of this experience from realtor/seller to a friend that kept the process (and my sanity) stable throughout the experience. She absolutely cared. Let me reiterate that: She CARED about us all the way through. She went so above and beyond from what I was used to from a business experience (and even some people I've known) to make sure that we got through this process. I'll be keeping in touch with her due to her compassion, fairness, intelligence, and sense of humor. Leslie's realty experience is one of a kind. Get to know her. Listen to what she offers, and if the experience doesn't go exactly by the book, then know that she's in your corner. She is one Hell of a fighter for your best interests and doing what is right for her client. "Warrior Princess", indeed.
