The Palisades Community & Lifestyle

The community of The Palisades is considered to be a golf and active lifestyle neighborhood. The golf community offers views of the dramatic TPC at The Canyons, featuring a par-72 championship course. Membership to the TPC Clubhouse is open to the residents of The Palisades and features fine dining, well-lit tennis courts, a full-service lounge, and Olympic-sized swimming pool. Walking and biking trails are located nearby at the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, which provides miles of scenic routes for exploration and getting away from the city buzz. The Palisades Golf

The Palisades residents have access to the world-renowned Tournament Players Club. TPC is owned and operated by the PGA and is one of the few golf courses in the area to offer access to the public. The course is a 7,081-yard championship golf course with a par-71, and was designed by Bobby Weed and the World Golf Hall of Famer Raymond Floyd. Spectacular views of the Stratosphere and majestic Las Vegas mountains are seen at various points throughout the course.

The Palisades Dining

Dining options are plentiful at The Palisades community. The TPC Grille, offers Southwestern inspired food and panoramic views of the Red Rock National Park. It is a popular place to sip a glass of wine while watching golfers play along the 18th fairway. Breakfast, lunch, and a light dinner fare are available. The Grille is open year-round and features a rotating seasonal menu with popular favorites. The service is impeccable and the scenery can’t be beat.

Health Care

The Palisades community residents find convenient health care access within a short distance away. The neighborhood is located less than a mile from the Summerlin Hospital, found at 657 North Town Center Drive. The hospital is the only one in the area and serves the Summerlin community and outlying areas. It is a for-profit facility operated by the Universal Health Services. Local pharmacies, family physician offices, dentists, and specialists are located within a two-mile radius of the community.

Shopping

Approximately one mile to the north of The Palisades is the popular shopping destination of Village Center. Along West Charleston, which is less than a mile away, residents of The Palisades find grocery stores such as Costco and Albertson’s. Home improvement stores, such as Lowe’s Home Improvement, are also located along this street.
