The community of Country Rose Estates is within walking distance a number of local parks and shopping at Village Center. Nestled within The Trails of Summerlin, the neighborhood is considered one of the most attractive and artfully designed portions of the master plan. The hospital is within two miles of the community and access to Summerlin Parkway is convenient. Homes offer mature landscaping and the streets of the community are lined with trees and shrubbery. Country Rose Golf

TPC Summerlin is the premiere golf course and club situated within walking distance of the neighborhood. The course offers challenging play for all skill levels. The TPC Summerlin course offers a backdrop of the Red Rock Canyon and rugged desert landscape. It is a nationally recognized course that was designed by Bobby Weed and Raymond Floyd. The course is also recognized as a certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary. It is par 71, 7,080-yard golf course that tests the skills of all who are lucky enough to play its fairways.

From shopping to community parks, Country Rose Estates is within walking distance to some of the best recreational activities in the city. Located within the Trails shopping district at Village Center Circle, residents find a variety of shopping complexes, a 24-hour fitness center, community centers, the Nevada Ballet Theatre, and the TPC Summerlin Golf Course. Community parks located nearby include Summerlin Community Park and The Hills Park. Residents of the community have access to the vast walking trail system that intertwines through the neighborhoods in the Summerlin area.

Access to some of the finest eateries in the valley is quick and easy from the entrance of Country Rose Estates. Access to the Summerlin Parkway makes traveling around the valley a convenient experience. Along Village Center Circle, residents find a variety of popular dining options. From Egg Works to Panda Express, the area is filled with fast food restaurants and popular eateries. For a finer establishment and upscale cuisine, The Brick House at 2016 Redbird Drive, is a family favorite. To the west of the community and a short driving distance away, residents find the Omelet House, Red Rock Pizza, and Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen.

Shopping

The primary shopping hub for residents of Country Rose Estates is within walking distance from the neighborhood. Trails Village Center and the Trailwoods Center are located a short walking distance away. Both offer expansive neighborhood shopping centers filled with a variety of shops, restaurants, and coffee houses. Bath and Body Works is located within the area as well as the popular boutique, Posh Daisie. Whole Foods Market is located at 7250 West Lake Mead Boulevard.

Healthcare

Within two miles of the guard-gated entry of Country Rose Estates is the well-known Summerlin Hospital. Surrounding the hospital community are a variety of providers, including Women’s Specialty Care Clinic, WellHealth Women’s Specialty Care, Helios Dermatology, and Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada. To the east of the neighborhood, and a short driving distance away, residents find the UMC Summerlin Quick Care facility for all of their emergent needs. There are a number of pharmacies, dentists, and eye doctors located within the area.
