YTD Sales have increased 57.3% from 2016. We only have a 13 month supply of inventory, about 24% less than the same time last year.  Percent of list price is 95% and homes average just 68 days on the market. With the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) latest market report, for the month of July, listed inventory is down a whopping 45.2% from the same time last year, it’s certainly a seller’s market in Sin City right now.
