In the past few years the Las Vegas Real Estate market has garnered a lot of media attention of the unwanted variety. But in a complete 180-degree turnaround, Fox News will be debuting a new Las Vegas real estate show titled “Bob Massi is the Property Man.”
Now whether you’re a fan of the polarizing Fox News channel or not is irrelevant. The point is, the Las Vegas market is going strong and major networks like Fox wouldn’t bother to highlight the market if they thought otherwise.
Massi, who serves as a real estate legal analyst will offer advice to southern Nevada business owners and families who faced adversity during the real estate crisis. The first episode is said to be focused on the rebounding market.
Las Vegas Real Estate Show with Bob Massi
Throughout the real estate news show Massi will accompany first-time homebuyers on their property search while they look at budget homes and multi-million dollar mansions. Fox also stated the show will have several guest experts that discuss all aspects of the Las Vegas housing market. Viewers will be entertained while gaining invaluable insight on local trends and statistics. The show will debut at its regular timeslot at 12 p.m. EST on Saturday, July 11 with an encore presentation every Sunday at 3 p.m.
I’m excited about the program and will be interested in how the market is represented. What I do know is the fact Fox News is focusing on real estate redemption is more proof that the Las Vegas market is alive and kicking and there are plenty of recovery stories out there to tell.
Las Vegas Real Estate Show PODCAST:
As I wait for the latest Las Vegas Homes Sales data from Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, I’m seeing home prices holding fairly steady for the month with demand still tight. If you’re selling a home, make sure you work with a realtor to price it accordingly. Despite solid demand, too many homes are sitting on the market without offers due mainly to being priced too high. Nearly 2/3 of homes on the market are selling within 60 days, and many are being snatched up quicker. While high pricing isn’t the sole reason homes are sitting, it’s a trend I’ve noticed.
Enjoy the summer!
